Our meals are ordered every Wednesday for the following Monday through Friday.
*If you attend the Café on a regular basis, you can pick up a menu for each month, check the days and meal you would like, pass it in to the kitchen and it will be ordered for the month.
All other meals should be ordered no later than the 2 days before by 10 am to the kitchen manager, or by calling the center

Indoor walking program, is a total-body power-walking
program that helps you burn fat, shape and tone muscle, build bone strength, and reduce stress. A pair of comfortable walking shoes is all you will need to start walking - 1, 2, 3, or more miles.
